Try each of the following steps.

  1. Check the Primary Binder Record
    1. Click the student's ID above the photo on their FLO profile
    2. Make sure that the correct record is set as the primary binder record
      Generally the record with the ID above the student's photo should be set as the primary binder record.
  2. Check the Students Unit-e record
    1. Ask Admin to make sure that email, phone and address details are correctly set up
  3. Raise a help desk ticket to:
    1. Check the Enterprise Data layer (dbo.Student_Contact)
    2. Refresh the Binder contacts cache in MyDnA_FLO, 
      (Programmability > Stored Procedures > [dbo].[_Cache_BinderAddresses_Update])
